About the Overlook Clubhouse
Perched atop one of the community’s highest points, the Overlook Clubhouse offers breathtaking views of the Colorado mountains through expansive windows or from the upper-level deck. Inside, the great room provides inviting seating areas, a cozy fireplace, and a catering kitchen, perfect for gatherings. Downstairs, the exercise studio and future versatile meeting and event space open to a scenic patio leading to the outdoor pool and lawn, ideal for community events and resident games. The upper level is also available to rent for private parties, making the Overlook a premier destination for both relaxation and special occasions.

Holiday Office Hours
We want to ensure that our staff members have the opportunity to spend quality time with their loved ones and
enjoy a well-deserved break. Therefore, the HOA Overlook office will be closed, and the clubhouse will not be available for rent on the following days:
- New Years Eve
- New Years Day – No Rentals week of New Years
- MLK Day
- Presidents Day
- Memorial Day – Pools open at 10am Sat before – No Rentals
- 4th of July – Pools closes at 5pm – No Rentals
- Labor Day – Pools closes at 5pm for season – No Rentals
- Veteran’s Day
- Thanksgiving Day – No Rentals Thursday-Sunday
- Friday after Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day – No Rentals week of Christmas
Overlook Gym
Tucked into the lower level of the Overlook clubhouse, this hidden gem of a gym boats stunning views of the Colorado mountains. Whether you’re hitting the treadmill of lifting weights, it’s a peaceful, scenic spot to focus on your wellness goals and soak in some serious inspiration.
Hours: 5am-10pm. Key card required for entry at door below deck across from pool gate.

Rental Reservations for the Overlook
The upper level of the Overlook Clubhouse is available to rent for private events,
offering stunning mountain views, a cozy fireplace, and a catering kitchen.
Rental Reservation Information:
- If you would like to reserve the Overlook Clubhouse for a private event, please check the Colliers Hill Community Calendar (link below) for available dates or email MaCayla Longson at mlongson@recreationpm.com with any questions.
- If your desired date appears to be available, complete the rental agreement linked below and send it to MaCayla at the email above.
- Please note that rental reservations are not officially confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from management, including a receipt.
- Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, as multiple residents may request the same date. Availability is subject to change.
- Reservations are processed in the order they are received, so we encourage you to verify date availability with management before making further arrangements.
- The Ascent clubhouse is not available to rent.

- Renting the Overlook Clubhouse has a resident fee of $50 per hour, with a 2-hour minimum. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Rentals are allowed to have 1 hour prior to your event to set up and 1 hour afterwards to clean up and put the clubhouse back to its original state, at no additional charge. If additional time is needed for set up/take down, it must be figured into rental time.
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within the 14 days of the event are non-refundable. If your rental event overlaps with office hours, please note that management will be present, and other residents may come and go for assistance. If this is a concern, we recommend scheduling your rental outside of office hours.
- All Renters will be required to clean the Overlook Clubhouse after their event. A $150.00 per hour fee, on top of the automatically charged $150 cleaning fee, will be charged without prior warning if additional cleaning is required by management to put the clubhouse back into its original state. Renter will receive an email with proof of photos, list of cleaning management undertook and receipt attached by management.
Recreation Program Management
