Designed with both relaxation and entertaining in mind, the Overlook Clubhouse offers multiple thoughtfully curated spaces:

  • Great Room – A warm, welcoming space with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace, and expansive windows showcasing stunning mountain views.
  • Catering Kitchen – Perfectly suited for events, celebrations, and private rentals.
  • Lower-Level Exercise Studio – A scenic fitness space that opens directly to outdoor amenities.
  • Future Meeting & Event Space – A versatile area designed to support community programming, meetings, and special events.

From casual gatherings to milestone celebrations, the Overlook Clubhouse provides a beautiful backdrop for moments big and small.

Overlook Fitness Studio

Tucked into the lower level of the clubhouse, this hidden gem of a gym boasts stunning views of the Colorado mountains. Whether you’re hitting the treadmill or lifting weights, it’s a peaceful, scenic spot to stay active, focused, and inspired.

Hours: 4:00 AM – Midnight, 7 days a week
Access: Key card required for entry at the door below the deck, across from the pool gate

Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Friday – Sunday: Closed

Holiday Office Closures & Rental Blackout Dates

To allow our staff time to rest and spend holidays with loved ones, the HOA Overlook office will be closed and the clubhouse will not be available for rentals on the following days:

  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year’s Day (No rentals during the week of New Year’s)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents Day
  • Memorial Day (Pools open at 10:00 AM the Saturday before – No rentals)
  • Fourth of July (Pools close at 5:00 PM – No rentals)
  • Labor Day (Pools close at 5:00 PM for the season – No rentals)
  • Veteran’s Day
  • Thanksgiving Day (No rentals Thursday–Sunday)
  • Friday after Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day (No rentals during the week of Christmas)

Private Rental Reservations

The Overlook Clubhouse upper level is available for private rental reservations, making it a popular choice for resident celebrations and special gatherings. With stunning mountain views, a welcoming great room, and access to a catering kitchen, this space offers both elegance and comfort for your event.

Must be a resident to reserve.

Ideal for:

  • Baby showers & bridal showers
  • Graduation celebrations
  • Family gatherings
  • Small private events and resident-hosted celebrations

Rental Highlights:

Rental Guidelines & Notes

  • Rentals are available to Colliers Hill residents only
  • Reservation approval and fees apply
  • Events must comply with HOA rules and posted occupancy limits
  • Rentals are not available during designated holiday blackout dates
  • Pool access during private events is subject to HOA policies and seasonal hours
