MaCayla Longson
Ascent & Overlook Manager at Colliers Hill
Born and raised in a mountain town in northern Utah, MaCayla has always felt at home in the great outdoors, especially in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. A lifelong athlete, she played basketball for as long as she can remember, eventually taking the court for BYU Women’s Basketball, where she also met her husband, a former BYU football player. She graduated in Family Studies with a minor in Landscape Design in 2019, blending her love for people and nature.
When she’s not planning community events, you’ll find MaCayla hiking, cooking, or getting lost in a good book (seriously, she can talk about books for hours!). She also enjoys quilting, crocheting, and jewelry-making, when she’s not watching sports with a book in hand, of course. A true winter lover, she thrives in the colder months and takes any opportunity to
explore the outdoors year-round.
At home, MaCayla and her husband Kieffer are happily outnumbered by their three beloved dogs, Ashka, Baylee, and Cassia, and hopes to always have a house full of furry friends. She’s also a passionate traveler, but no matter where she goes, the Rocky Mountains will always feel like home.
