Your key card will be activated within 72 hours once form is completed and will grant you access to both the Overlook and Ascent clubhouses for the pool season. Please do not show up at the pool unless you’ve received your key card activation confirmation via email. No confirmation email = no entry. We are strictly enforcing this policy to ensure the safety and security of all pool users.

Summer fun starts here! The Ascent Pool is open 7 days a week from the Saturday before Memorial Day through
Labor Day, giving you plenty of time to soak up the sun.
Lap Swim: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM – 7 days a week
Open Swim: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM – 7 days a week
July 4th Hours: Closes early at 5:00 PM

Nothing says summer like a refreshing swim with stunning mountain views! The Overlook Pool is open 7 days a week from the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day, so grab your towels and jump in!

Each household has 2 guests to bring with them for a fun day at the pool. Feel free to bring food & drinks (just NO
glass), and please clean up after yourself, no one likes a sticky table! So, grab your sunscreen, bring your floaties,
and enjoy the best part of summer!
