- Exercise Studio – A bright, well-equipped fitness area designed to support workouts of all levels.
- Work & Homework Cubbies – Quiet, dedicated spaces ideal for remote work, studying, or homework time.
- Meeting & Gathering Area – A flexible space suited for small group meetings or informal community gatherings.
Just outside, residents can enjoy easy access to the community pool, making the clubhouse a central place for both indoor and outdoor enjoyment.
Ascent Fitness Studio
Bright, open, and energizing, the Ascent gym offers a modern workout experience with three walls of windows that fill the space with natural light and provide refreshing views of the pool. This sleek, newer facility is designed to help you move at your own pace, whether you’re fitting in a quick workout or enjoying a longer training session.
Hours: 4:00 AM – Midnight, 7 days a week

Located just across the parking lot, Ironstone Park expands the Ascent experience beyond the clubhouse walls. This expansive outdoor space includes:
- Open grassy areas perfect for picnics, play, and outdoor activities
- Basketball court
- Sand volleyball pit
- Playground
Ironstone Park offers something for all ages and is a favorite spot for staying active, enjoying fresh air, and connecting with the community.
