Pool Informaion

Summer fun starts here! The Pinnacle Pool is open 7 days a week from the Saturday before Memorial Day through Labor Day, giving you plenty of time to soak up the sun and splash until you can splash no more.

Lap Swim: 7:00 pm – 8:00 pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday 
Open Swim: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM – 7 days a week 
July 4th Hours: Closes early at 5:00 PM  

Each household can get a FREE 10 punch pass to use for the season from the desk staff. Residents can bring up to 5 guests per day. Once your free guest pass has been used guests are $3 per guest. Feel free to bring food & drinks (NO glass), chairs, small tent or shade pop ups if you desire. So, grab your sunscreen, bring your floaties, and enjoy the best part of summer!  

Pool Rules

ALL POOL RULES MUST BE FOLLOWED OR YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE POOL AREA

  1. WATCH YOUR CHILDREN. Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older.
  2. Access cards will be required at all times for admission to the pool. Access cards must be presented at center entrance.  NO ACCESS CARD – NO POOL ADMISSION
  3. NO GLASS CONTAINERS.
  4. NO SMOKING INSIDE the pool area or within 30 feet of the facility.
  5. NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED.
  6. Improper conduct, abusive language, running, disturbing behavior in or out of the pool, hanging on the lap lane/rope, pushing, dunking, riding on shoulders or excessive splashing will not be permitted.
  7. BE CONSIDERATE & MINIMIZE NOISE. Radios will be allowed in the pool area if kept at a volume that doesn’t disturb others. If someone has asked staff to have music turned down or off this constitutes disturbing others, we will ask you to turn down or off the music. Failure to comply will result in you and or your group being asked to leave.
  8. Air mattress type floats & floating toys will be allowed in the pool, until heavy use of the pool indicates, or if in judgement of the pool monitor, there exists a safety hazard. 
  9. NO FRISBEES, or hard toys will be allowed to be thrown. When throwing balls or toys you must be in control of the items and insure you do not hit others. If you hit or injure others due to throwing toys you and your group will be asked to leave.
  10. All children under the age of 12 or children that are not strong swimmers must remain under direct contact of an adult. Direct contact means the adult is in the water within arms reach of the child, as there will be no lifeguard on duty. 
  11. Children not toilet trained must wear a swim diaper while in the pool. No plastic diapers permitted.
  12. Animals are not allowed in the pool area or in the facility. Please see the RPM staff with Service Animal needs. Service animals must always have service animal attire on. Service animals are not permitted in the pool.
  13. Proper swimming attire is required at all times. NO CUT OFFS!
  14. The Pool is an exclusive use of Crystal Valley Ranch residents and membership holders only. There is a 5 guest per day limit per family. If you have a non resident guest you must use your guest punch pass or pay for you guest fees. Check with the RPM staff for current fees for guests.
  15. If lightning or thunder can be seen or heard or is observed on the weather bug app, within 10 miles, the pool monitor must clear the pool area immediately and everyone must exit the pool, and pool deck. The pool and pool deck area must remain closed until the pool monitor deems it safe to reopen the pool. There must be no lighting strikes with in 10 miles for 30 min to reopen the pool. If the outside temperature is below 62 degrees the pool will be closed. 
  16. Bicycles, skateboards and roller blades, scooters, ect are not allowed in the pool area, or in the clubhouse. Please leave all of these items outside. Please bring a lock for these items as staff is not responsible for your items.
  17. It is the responsibility of the homeowners to keep the pool area clean. Please place trash in containers where provided. Everyone’s cooperation is essential in order to have an enjoyable, clean and successful season at our pool. 
  18. Adults and children have equal priority of using the lawn furniture.  Please do not leave a towel or clothing on a chair and then swim for 45 minutes and deprive someone else from using it. DO NOT DRAG THE LAWN FURNITURE on the cement deck or use it for anything else other than its intended use.
  19. Help keep our pool clean and oil free. If you are sunbathing and want to swim, please wash off all excess oil with a soap shower prior to entering the pool.

    Owners delinquent in their homeowners assessments will be denied access to the pool.
