Pinnacle Fitness Studio
The Pinnacle Gym offers a bright and inviting workout environment with three walls of windows providing abundant natural light and scenic views of the pool and eastern ridge. Designed for residents of all fitness levels, the gym is quiet, user-friendly, and perfect for exercising at your own pace.
Hours: 4:30 AM – 10:00 PM, 7 days a week

Office Summer Hours (Memorial Day Weekend – Labor Day):
Sunday – Saturday (Daily): 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Office Fall / Winter / Spring Hours ( Labor Day – Memorial Day Weekend):
Monday & Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Holiday Office Closures & Rental Blackout Dates
To allow our staff time to enjoy holidays with their loved ones, the Pinnacle Office and Clubhouse rentals will be closed or limited on the following days:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day – Pools open at 10:00 AM / No Rentals
- Fourth of July – Pool closes at 5:00 PM / No Rentals
- Labor Day – Pool closes at 8:00 PM for the season / No Rentals
- Thanksgiving – No Rentals Thursday & Friday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day – Limited rentals during the week of Christmas and New Year’s
Private Rental Reservations
The Pinnacle Clubhouse rental room is available for private events and includes a cozy fireplace and catering kitchen. Pool cabanas are also available to rent for residents only.
Must be a resident to reserve.

- Graduation celebrations
- Family gatherings
- Small private events and resident-hosted celebrations

Rental Guidelines & Notes
- Reservations are first-come, first-served
- Bookings may be made up to 6 months in advance
- One cabana rental per day (entire pool buyouts are not permitted)
- Rentals include 30 minutes before and after the event for setup and cleanup
- Renters are responsible for returning the clubhouse to its original condition
