About The Pinnacle Clubhouse
The Pinnacle Clubhouse in the Crystal Valley Ranch community is a great example of an amenity designed for recreation, fitness, activities and community interaction. Inside, you’ll find a spacious rental room with a kitchen and warm fireplace, and a well-equipped gym that is convenient and easy to access. The rental room offers a versatile meeting and gathering area for small events to include; business meetings, birthday parties, showers, graduation parties, or other family or community events. This clubhouse also has a fantastic outside area where the residents can enjoy all sorts of outdoor activities. Take in a
spectacular view of the ridge while enjoying: walking trails, our community pool, the amphitheater, the kids climbing areas and slide, the outdoor basketball courts, the sports
field or the dog park.
Office Hours
The Clubhouse fall, winter, and spring (Labor Day to Memorial Day) desk hours are:
Mon and Wed: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Tue and Thu: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Fri and Sat: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Sun: Closed
The Clubhouse summer desk and pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day) hours are:
Everyday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm (barring weather closures)
We close at 5:00 pm on July 4th
We want to ensure that our staff members have the opportunity to spend quality time with their loved ones and enjoy a well-deserved break. Therefore, the pinnacle office will be closed, and the clubhouse will not be available for rent on the following days:
- New Years Eve
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day – Pools open at 10am – No Rentals
- 4th of July – Pools closes at 5pm – No Rentals
- Labor Day – Pools closes at 8pm for season – No Rentals
- Thanksgiving Day – No Rentals Thursday and Friday
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day – (Limited rentals week of Christmas & New Years.)
The Pinnacle Gym
The Pinnacle gym offers a convenient workout experience with three walls of windows, providing tons of natural light and refreshing view of the pool and ridge to the east. Come exercise, focus on fitness, and move at your own pace in a quiet and user-friendly environment.
Hours: 4:30 AM – 10:00PM – 7 days a week. Key Card required for entry.

Rental Reservations for the Pinnacle
The rental room at the Clubhouse is available to rent for private events, offering a cozy fireplace and a catering kitchen.
Rental Reservation Information:
- If you would like to reserve the Pinnacle Clubhouse for a private event, please contact Ryan Hofsheier at 303-663-1294, or Rhofsheier@recreationPM.com for availability, pricing and rental agreement.
- Please note that dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates can be booked up to 6 months in advance. Availability is subject to change, as multiple residents may request the same date. Reservations are processed in the order they are received.
- The Cabanas at the Pool are available to rent for residents only. Only one cabana at a time and per day can be reserved. Renting the entire pool is not permitted, any cabana rentals are for cabanas only and not the entire pool area. Cabanas are only available to rent on days and times where the pool is open.
- Room Rentals are allowed to have 30 min prior to your event to set up and 30 min afterwards to clean up and put the clubhouse back to its original state, at no additional charge. If additional time is needed for set up/take down, it must be figured into rental time.
- All Renters will be required to clean the Pinnacle Clubhouse after their event back into its original state.
